Jason Paul Charvat, Product of the University of Pretoria, South Africa



Jason Paul Charvat is the Senior Global IT Project, Program, and Portfolio Executive for Johnson and Johnson Corporation out of Jacksonville, Florida. Charvat is a highly qualified, highly trained IT Project Executive that wields a number of significant certifications in business management, project management, project direction, and international project auditing as well as an impressive educational background.  Charvat is employed in the Medical Device division for Johnson & Johnson where he utilizes his global experience and advanced knowledge in planning and executing projects and programs to ensure that they are consistently completed on time, to quality, speed to market and within the allotted budget. 

Jason Paul Charvat pursued his education in Pretoria, South Africa at the University of Pretoria, South Africa. He ran the course of having a 92 percent success rate overseeing projects' completion concerning infrastructure and application development. Charvat was also responsible for making sure projects were completed on schedule and within the project's allotted budget. In 2007, Jason Paul Charvat was promoted to his current position as Senior Global IT Project Executive and made the move to Jacksonville, Florida where he still resides today.  He has also published numerous books and articles on IT software development and Project Management.

Jason Paul Charvat, Medical Devices



Jason Paul Charvat is the Senior Global IT Project, Program, and Portfolio Executive at Johnson and Johnson Corporation in the city of Jacksonville, Florida.  He is based in the Medical Device and Diagnostic division, where he heads up a number of projects and has done so since he assumed his position in the company in 2007.  He oversees projects using advanced project management strategies in order to ensure that projects meet specific time and budget requirements. His accomplishments include a 95 percent success rate being both on time and on budget for over one hundred and thirty five projects to date. 
 
Jason Paul Charvat received his Bachelor's degree in information systems management at the University of Pretoria, South Africa.  He also achieved an associate degree at that same institution. He started working for Johnson and John in 2003.  Prior to coming to Jacksonville, he held the position of Senior Program Manager in New Brunswick, New Jersey from 2003 to 2007.

He was responsible for managing projects concerning infrastructure and application development. He had a 92 percent success rate completing projects on time and within their allotted budgets. He also conducted all project auditing, governance, and solution delivery project management training. Jason Paul Charvat resource managed 15 IT Project, Program, and Portfolio Executive  s, including associates and contractors, on over 100 information technology projects. He delivered service management using offshore vendors, SAP projects nine months ahead of schedule, an anti-spam solution to 120,000 business users that eliminated 90 percent of all spam, deployed a Siebel CRM solution for 6,500 field sales representatives across North America, and he relocated 155 contractors and 600 staff within 12 weeks into a renovated, rewired campus. His work was recognized with the company's Crown of Excellence Award.
